If you’re anything like us, you’ve always wanted to join a book club. It sounds great – a bunch of women gathering to discuss literature over a cup of coffee (or a glass of wine). But it just never seems to work out. Schedules conflict, calendars get too crazy and that book sits unread on your nightstand.
That’s why we’re so excited to introduce a new feature on the website – our Book Club for ModernMoms!
Each month, Cori Howard (founder of The Momoir Project) will review a book that deals with motherhood. We’ll also include some articles on the book’s themes, background – basically any information that will give our readers more insight on the writing.
So how do you take part? You can join the conversation by sharing your thoughts in the comments section of the review and special “Reader Question” posts that touch on a specific theme or issue.
And so our readers have plenty of time to follow along, we’ll let you know which book we’re going to feature a month in advance.
