Uma Thurman and her boyfriend, Arpad Busson, welcomed their first child together on Sunday, July 15.
The 42-year-old actress gave birth to a little girl. Her representative confirmed that both mom and baby are doing just fine, according to PEOPLE. The family has not yet released the name of the newest member.
Thurman announced her pregnancy in February and celebrated with a pink elephant themed baby shower in New York a couple months ago.
“Uma was definitely not planning on having another kid. It was a surprise,” a source told Us Weekly. “But she’s over the moon about it, very excited.”
Between the two parents, they now five children. Uma has a daughter and a son with ex-husband, Ethan Hawke – Maya is 14 and Levon is 10. Busson, who is a financier, has two sons from his previous marriage to Elle MacPherson: Flynn, 14, and Cy, 9.
The couple has been together since 2007 with a brief split in 2009.
