It’s been less than two weeks since Adele broke the news that she’s expecting her first child with boyfriend Simon Konecki, but it turns out there’s yet another big baby surprise… she’s apparently due in two months!
The 24-year-old singer/songwriter has allegedly been pregnant since the Grammys, at least according to a report from HeatWorld.
They quoted an insider source who reveals that “Adele has barely left the house in recent months, so she could keep this to herself for as long as possible. She stopped exercising a few months ago, and since then it’s been all about the baby.”
Other evidence cited in the article – she skipped the Billboard Awards in the United States on May 20, despite being honored with 12 awards. Plus, she wore a loose-fitting black dress during her last public appearance on May 17 at the Ivor Novello Awards.
Wow. That’s a pretty compelling argument. Not only did she pass on a trans-atlantic flight, but she ALSO wore baggy clothes? Color me convinced.
Obviously time will tell if this rumor is true – if so, she should be due in September.
One a side note – how lucky is this baby that Adele will be singing it to sleep? Jealous.
