After breaking down on the stand yesterday, Usher struck back at ex-wife Tameka Foster in their bitter custody battle, claiming that she spit on an ex-girlfriend.
The R&B superstar testified that his former spouse once went crazy and threw food, spit on his girlfriend and tried to start a catfight during an explosive jealous rage.
“She wanted to fight,” he told the Atlanta court, E! News reported. “She said, ‘I’m gonna kick your a–. B—-, get out of the car. How dare you bring this woman into my subdivision.”
Yesterday, the 33-year-old singer could be seen wiping his eyes with a tissue after Foster’s attorney presented photos of the singer at a nightclub in Europe in February, alleging that he would rather party than take care of his sons.
The two were married in 2007 and divorced two years later. Foster has since fought for full custody of their two sons – Usher Raymond V, 4, and Naviyd Ely Raymond, 3 – while Usher wants more visitation rights.
