There’s going to be another Backstreet baby!
A.J. McLean and his wife Rochelle DeAnna Karidis are expecting their first child.
The couple made the announcement via YouTube on Sunday:
I just wanted to say thank you guys for all your love and support . . . Because we love you all so much, we wanted to share with you — for the first time — something very special. We’re having a baby!” said the proud father.
McClean proposed back in January 2010, and the couple tied the knot this past December. The 34-year-old singer credits his wife for encouraging his sobriety. “You are my whole world and I cannot wait to spend my life with you,” he tweeted in 2011. “Without you here, I am lost!”
He’s not the first Backstreet Boy to start a family. Brian Littrell, Howie Dorough and Kevin Richardson each have sons – Baylee Thomas Wylee Littrell, James Hoke Dorough and Mason Richardson, respectively.
