Elisabeth Shue Joins the Cast of CSI
Elisabeth Shue is joining the cast of “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation” as the new female lead opposite Ted Danson.
The award-winning actress will first appear on the February 15, 2012 episode of the hit CBS crime drama.
She’ll play a new investigator who has just completed an anger management class and is rumored to have a history with Danson’s character, D.B. Russell.
It’s not exactly the first time Shue has been to Las Vegas on screen. One of her best known roles was in the film “Leaving Las Vegas,” for which she earned an Oscar nomination.
The 48-year-old mother of three also starred in “The Karate Kid,” “Cocktail” and “Adventures in Babysitting.”
