Candace Cameron married Russian pro hockey player Valeri Bure and has three kids: Natasha Valerievna, 13, Lev Valerievich, 11, and Maksim Valerievich, 9.
She recently returned to ABC, co-starring on the teenage gymnastics drama Make It or Break It which airs on ABC Family.

Jodie Sweetin has two daughters, Beatrix, 8, and Zoie, 3.

Rebecca “Aunt Becky” Donaldson-Katsopolis
Lori Loughlin went on to star in the 2004-2004 WB series, Summerland, and now plays Debbie Wilson on the new Beverly Hills, 90210.
Loughlin has been married to fashion designer Mossimo Gianulli since 1997 and the couple has two daughters, Isabella Rose, 12, and Olivia Jade, 11.

Melissa Joan Hart married musician Mark Wilkerson in 2003. The couple has two sons – Mason Walter Wilkerson, 5, and Braydon Hart Wilkerson, 3.
Since the end of Sabrina, Hart starred in a sitcom with Joey Lawrence called “Melissa & Joey.” She also competed on Dancing With The Stars, making it to the sixth week before elimination in Season 9.

Caroline Rhea went on to host her own daytime talk show on ABC as well as host the series “The Biggest Loser” for its first three seasons.
She is currently engaged to her longtime boyfriend, comedian Costaki Economopoulos. The couple has one daughter, Ava Rhea Economopoulos, 3.

Lindsay Sloane married Dar Rollins, an ICM agent, in 2004. The couple announced just last week that they are expecting their first child, a girl.
Sloane has had roles in several hit films since “Sabrina,” including “Bring It On” and “Horrible Bosses.” She also stars in “A Good Old Fashioned Orgy,” which was released today.
