Another celebrity engagement this holiday season! Reese Witherspoon is getting ready to walk down the isle again.
The Oscar-winning actress, 34, began dating Hollywood agent Jim Toth, 40, last year, shortly after her split from Jake Gyllenhaal.
Reese and Ryan Phillippe divorced in 2008 after seven years together. They share daughter Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7.
Jim has already bonded with the kids. In fact, while Reese shot ‘This Means War’ in Vancouver last fall, he stayed with her little ones at Reese’s home in Los Angeles.
