Kerri Russell Appreciates the “Mundane” Moments

As any Hollywood mom, Kerri Russel is getting adjusted to balancing the demands of motherhood and her burgeoning acting career.

Kerri explains her excitement to ParentDish that on her week off from filming her new show ‘Running Wilde’, she “got to put him to sleep at night and have breakfast in the morning.”

“That’s, I guess, sort of the good thing about being a working parent. When you are at home, you really appreciate those mundane every day little things,” she explains.

And, for Kerri, one of those mundane moments is certainly clean-up time. She encourages her son River, 3, to pitch in with clean up, but she says, “he’s not as exited about … [it] as I am.”

“He says, ‘You, Mama, you,’” Kerri laughs.
