In 2008, according to their tax returns, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie donated $6.8 million to charities.

They gave $2 million to Global Health, $1 million to Human Rights Watch, $1 million to Brad’s Make it Right Foundation (his charity working to rebuild New Orleans), $500,000 to the Armed Services YMCA of the U.S. Army, $50,000 to Brad’s hometown public school system and approximately $1 million to differing projects in Cambodia.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the best part about the donations is that it was 100% legit with no extra bonuses to an “aunt or cousin” and “no expenses laid off to “travel,” “conferences,” or “other.”
