Mini-Sliders: Burgers With a Twist!
Every now and then, I like to mix it up a bit when it comes to making burgers. Take these tasty “mini burgers” – they’re perfect for a party or just a fun twist on a traditional meal that’s great any night of the week.
Not only are they super easy to make, but the variations are simply endless! My family loves “sliders night” and I think your family just might too! They are also great because they are little so if you are trying to watch your meat intake, you can still partake!
Michelle’s Mini Sliders
Ingredients
- 1 pound of ground beef, turkey or chicken
- 1 small can of smoked chilies
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon liquid smoke
- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt & pepper
- 1 egg
- Rolls
Directions
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Pat into small patties and either cook in the oven on broil or make your life simple, throw them on a Foreman grill.
They take under 10 minutes to cook, so if you’re feeling extra fancy, or it’s not too cold outside where you live… throw them on the BBQ for a tasty treat in a matter of minutes.
Sauté some mushrooms, add some avocados and finish off with the condiment of your choice. Blue cheese dressing is nice or make a great easy sauce with ketchup, mayonnaise and a couple dashes of hot sauce or red chili flakes!
