Extra-Strength Tylenol Caplets Recalled

Yes, ANOTHER Johnson & Johnson recall- this time 60, 912 bottles of Extra-Strength Tylenol caplets.

J&J is recalling one lot of the painkiller due to a musty, moldy, odor that has prompted a series of product recalls. The smell is due to a chemical known as 2,4,6-tribromoanisole (TBA) found on the wooden pallets used in storage and transportation of the product.

The Tylenol, Extra Strength Caplets, 225 count had the lot number ABA619 and the UPC code 300450444271.

Stop using the product immediately and contact McNeil Consumer Healthcare at 1-888-222-6036 for information on receiving a refund or a product coupon.
