How to Do a Weight Loss Body Wrap at Home
All your friends have been raving about the benefits of using a weight loss body wrap. According to them, wraps not only speed weight loss, but also leave your skin feeling refreshed and vitalized. You, however, cannot justify paying big bucks to go to an expensive spa to have it done. It is possible to do your own body wrap at home, saving you both time and money.
Step 1
Call a friend to come over and help you apply your wrap. In exchange for her help, offer to do one for her at the same time. Spending time with a friend, in the comfort of your home, can be fun and relaxing.
Step 2
Set aside two hours for the process. If you are also doing a wrap on your friend, set aside three hours. Make sure the time you choose is a time that will not be filled with distractions. When the children are in school, your partner is at work and you have nothing pressing that needs to be done at a certain time–these are all good times to plan for your at home weight loss body wrap.
Step 3
Mix the wrap ingredients together. Whether you are using a sea weed, wax or other type of wrap be sure to have all ingredients assembled at the time you begin the process.
Step 4
Apply the wrap on all body areas targeted for weight loss. Ask your friend to help you apply it to your hard-to-reach areas. When your wrap is complete, set the timer for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the wrap when timer goes off. Ask your friend to help you get it off your hard-to-reach body areas. Cover your skin in a warm, moisturizing lotion.
