Toy Rattles Recalled

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a recall of P. Graham Dunn wooden toy rattles. The wooden dowels can be installed at an angle, allowing the metal rattle to be exposed. This causes a choking hazard to children. The recalled rattle has a light brown stain, eight wooden dowels and a gold-colored metal rattle inside.  No injuries have been reported.

Approximately 500 units are being recalled.

Contact P. Graham Dunn for a full refund at (800) 828-5260.
