Lemon Chicken Gyro Wrap Recipe
It’s Monday… and seriously, who even wants to think about anything cooking dinner for your family? I’m still thinking about Sunday!!!So let’s keep this simple. Let’s not overcomplicate things.. but let’s make this delicious. Here’s the answer: Lemon Chicken Gyro Wraps. Yes, and we are gonna do this in under 20 minutes.
Now if you’re thinking my kiddos aren’t going to eat a gyro wrap, I’ve already got it covered – it’s made in such a way that even if they don’t like all the other “stuff” that you will love, the chicken is so delicious on it’s own that even adding a few of the other basic ingredients on their own on the side will do just fine.

Enjoy my friends… Monday night doesn’t have to be so difficult!
And remember, if the kids aren’t digging the whole thing together… break it down, give them the chicken wrapped in a pita like a sandwich and a few slices of cucumber or tomato on the side!
