The Pantry Salad
Quick and easy salad you can make with all ingredients from your pantry. Healthy, colorful and delicious. Definitely a crowd pleaser.
Directions
So easy! Open the cans, drain the beans and corn. Dice the tomato (or use a can of diced tomatoes). Salt and pepper to taste.
That’s it! Be creative, mix it up! Add onions, throw in some cilantro.
Ingredients
- Can of black beans
- Can garbanza beans (or any other beans you have)
- Can of corn
- Cut up mango (if you have it) or canned mandarin oranges
- One tomato diced
- Lime juice (one to two limes)
- Salt or pepper to taste
