This is such a treat for your face! It is my little secret. Every morning I take a few drops and mix this yummy vitamin filled oil into my moisturizer and I get a smooth, healthy glow for the day. It is great for the crow’s feet area and my friend who has been using this for over 20 years doesn’t have one line on her face and she is 44! Is she just lucky, or it is this product? All I know is if I can look like her or even close- I’m in! Another secret? Add a few drops into your hair conditioner and it will revive your hair- amazing for all types of hair!
It’s hard to find a great lip plumper. There are so many on the market these days. This is one that I think you might like - or even love - if you can stand the heat! It boosts your lips natural color and will give you a slightly “pouty” look and a great shine.

This one is so left field I feel kind of crazy admitting that it is one of my must-haves! But it is one of the best things I've found for teeth and gums. Oralive is kind of like toothpaste only its black (yes I said black) and you can swallow it. In fact in the instructions it actually recommends that you swallow it (more about the taste in a bit). The way you use it is you take a blob on your finger and rub it into your teeth and gums and you don't spit it out - you let the nutrients infuse into your teeth and gums. (I generally keep it in my mouth for about a minute - this is an important step of the process).
Now one word of warning. This Elixir has a very INTENSE flavor. Its earthy, pepperminty and very ver herbal, I guess it's no surprise considering some of the 100% raw ingredients include: Amazonian herbs, natural magnetic healing earth and Marine Phytoplankton. I keep a small amount in my purse and use it instead of breath mints sometimes. It freshens and cleans your mouth like nothing else.

A few years ago my dentist recommended that my husband and I try electronic toothbrushes in place of our regular “old fashioned” ones. We purchased one (it came with different heads so we can both use it) and a Waterpik and we’ve used it every day since. Now we’re addicted.

OK. Confession time here... Last year I was eyelash obsessed! I considered false eyelashes to fill in a few of the gaps in my lash line. I thought about getting my eyelashes tinted black so that I wouldn’t have to wear mascara and have lashes fall out from taking it off at night. I asked a friend (whose eyes looked amazing) what her secret was- and I was sure she was going to tell me to drive to Beverly Hills to some fancy salon and get “falsies” put in.

I'm kind of a self-confessed connoisseur of organic/green shampoos. I have to say most of them just aren't great. Often I'll find out that the good ones actually contain a bunch of the chemicals I was trying to avoid in the first place.
I don't think that washing your hair should be so complicated. That's one of the reasons I really like Nine Naturals Shampoo and Conditioner for Mom's-to-be. Its uncomplicated in its ingredients and it leaves your hair squeaky clean but not stripped. Both the Shampoo and Conditioner contain ALOT of peppermint oil, which I love because of the scalp tingle. However, if you don't like minty then I wouldn't go for this. It is paraben, phthalate, sulfate and DEA free - which is especially important if you are an expecting mother as chemicals can get absorbed through the scalp into the bloodstream and affect your baby. I'm not expecting right now, but I feel really good about using this shampoo - keeping ME chemical free.
