Reese Witherspoon Reveals Son Deacons Aspirations

London's Daily Express reports that Reese Witherspoon has revealed her son's  career goal. �??He wants to be a pizza delivery boy,�?� says the Oscar-winning actress. �??Not that there is anything wrong with that. My daughter wants to be a scientist but they are both at the stage where it changes from one week to the next.�?�

Pizza Hut, however, took the four year old's career hopes seriously. Extra reports that Sandi Karrmann, identified as the "Chief People Officer" of the chain, sent Deacon a letter and some loot, including a Pizza Hut uniform -- "That's just your size," writes Karrmann -- a mini-delivery car -- "For you to polish your driving skills" -- as well as gift cards for Pizza Hut pizzas. Wonder what would have happened if he'd said he wanted to be a Mercedes Benz salesman!

Glamour Magazine Honors Moms in their 2007 ‘Women of Year’ Issue

Actress Jennifer Garner, presidential-trail campaigner and cancer survivor Elizabeth Edwards, and �??Grey's Anatomy�?� creator Shonda Rimes are just three of the twelve amazing women selected for Glamour magazine's highest honor this year.

What do these women have in common, besides all being household names for their various contributions? They are all moms! Jen, who says in the magazine she is �??a bit of a goody-goody,�?� is a role model for celeb (and all) moms trying to balance motherhood with their careers. She often talks candidly about how she juggles her on and off screen roles and tells Glamour that spending time away from daughter Violet, who is turning two in December, �??is hard for me.�?� However, Jen was chosen as woman of the year not just for her candor about the balance all moms struggle with, but for helping children affected by Hurricane Katrina. Marian Wright Edelman, president of the Children's Defense Fund told Glamour, �??[Jen] did something for [New Orleans'] mothers and children, she didn't just come and see.�?�

Elizabeth Edwards, who recently discovered her breast cancer had returned, is not only the wife of Democratic presidential contender John Edwards, but mom to Cate, 25, Emma Claire, nine, and Jack, seven.

Her 2006 memoir, �??Saving Graces,�?� touched the nation, and Elizabeth continues to inspire us, especially when she refused to let her husband end his presidential campaign when they found out her cancer was back last March. Her reason for this is simple: �??When bad things happen, you don't let them get you down,�?� she tells Glamour. Her optimism and dedication to her family is yet another inspiration, and Glamour cites her strength and grace as just two of the components Elizabeth embodies that made her worthy of their honor.

Dubbed a �??McGenius�?� by Glamour, Shonda Rimes is the first African-American woman to create a produce a top-rated TV series. Actress Chandra Wilson, who plays Dr. Bailey on Grey's says that when Shonda, �??walks into a room�?�I just see possibility.�?� Not only has Grey's changed our vocabulary�??McDreamy, McSteamy, va-jay-jay, and �??seriously?!�?� are just some examples�??but Shonda herself is changing the face of television, literally, with her commitment to fostering racial diversity on the small screen. �??I hire the best actors,�?� she told Glamour. �??To reach true equality, people need to stop using race and gender as a means of measuring anything.�?� Shonda has a daughter named Harper, who she adopted in 2003.

Other honorees this year include Marianne Pearl, Donna Karen, Victoria Hale, Toni Morrison, Abigail Breslin, and the four female Ivy League university presidents.

The View's Elisabeth Hasselbeck gave birth to 7-lb. 15-oz. Taylor Thomas on Friday morning at an Arizona hospital. He joins big sister Grace, 2. "We're thrilled he arrived safely. Both mom and son are happy and healthy," daddy Tim said in a statement.

Exciting news this morning! The View's Elisabeth Hasselbeck had her baby this weekend. Elisabeth and hubby Tim are the proud parents of a boy, ABC.com reports. The baby, whose name will be announced on The View Monday morning weighs 7-lb. 15-oz. and was born Friday morning at an Arizona hospital. He joins big sister Grace, 2. "We're thrilled he arrived safely. Both mom and son are happy and healthy," Tim said in a statement.

In other baby news, Shark star Jeri Ryan, who announced her pregnancy two months ago, says she is having a girl. Jeri and husband French chef Christophe Eme expect her arrival in March.

Out and about around town this weekend were Jake Gyllenhaal and Reese Witherspoon having a romantic dinner at Madeo's in Los Angeles on Friday night, Perez Hilton reports. Britney Spears was also seen out, surprisingly not in a club, but at Bel Bambini, where Christina Aguilera set up her baby registry a few weeks ago.

Speaking of Christina, she had her first of three baby showers this past Saturday. The event was for close friends and family, and although the singer has not confirmed the gender of her baby, People.com reports that there was a distinctive theme to the gifts -- the color blue.

Dennis Quaid’s Special Delivery--Twins!

Dennis and wife Kimberly welcomed twins yesterday: a boy named Thomas and a girl named Zoe Grace, born in Santa Monica. The twins join Dennis Quaid's 17-year-old son Jack, whose mother is Meg Ryan.

Speaking of Meg, she is also mom to daughter Daisy, whom she adopted from China earlier this year. The two were recently spotted spending some quality time shopping for groceries in Santa Monica and little Daisy sported a new pair glasses, very cute! Although Daisy's are prescription, she now matches her modern mom's look.

Meg notoriously wears her sunglasses everywhere, even while browsing the vegetable section, according to photos!

I ran into Meg this summer in the Martha's Vineyard airport--she is still rocking her casual, slouchy, yet fabulous, look. And yes, she wore her sunglasses, even while boarding the plane back to L.A.!
