I Heart Jennifer Garner

My celeb mom crush of the week is Jennifer Garner. First of all, have you seen The Kingdom? Her fight scene is amazing--she can really hold her own surrounded by a bunch of tough guys. Plus, her Broadway debut is coming up in November, which makes Jen even more multi-talentedâ??first TV, then film, and now stage.

BUT what I really admire about Jen is how she takes pride in being a working momâ??and instead of sugarcoating how rewarding it can be, she recognizes how hard it can be. "I've loved every job I've ever had. I get a lot of my identity from being a woman who gets up and goes to work," she recently told the Globe and Mail. "I'd always assumed work would continue to be as important to me as it had been, but [now] I don't feel that way at all. Even coming to do [this interview this morning], leaving Violet in the high chair going, 'Mama, up, up!' I had to tear myself away." Having a hectic schedule is something all Hollywood moms face and it is refreshing to see one who isn't afraid to say how she really feels about it.

With her schedule how does she manage to be so fresh-face and gorgeous? Jen recently commented on how she is just like the rest of us, that it takes girdles and tummy-tuckers to fit into those tiny red-carpet gowns, but what she can't deny is her amazing skin. Her product of choice? Not plastic surgery, collagen, or Botox injections, but a botanical product by Liz Earle. It's called the "Superskin Moisturizer" for mature, dry skin, and it has a lot of great stuff in it: cranberry seed and rosehip oil, liquid paraffin waxes, naturally-sourced Omega 3, and antioxidants. Sounds a bit like a Jamba Juice for your face! You can purchase some for yourself at LizEarle.com for about $60 a bottle.

 Who's your fave celeb mom?
