Biggest Loser’s Alison Sweeney Expecting Second Child

Days of our Lives star and Biggest Loser host Alison Sweeney is expecting her second child. The actress made the announcement last night to the new cast of Biggest Loser Season 6, telling them that "in a season all about family, hers is about to get bigger."

Alison and her husband, Dave Sanov, a Los Angeles Highway Patrol officer, have a 3-year-old son, Ben.
