Mother’s Day Comes Early for Christy Turlington with PRODUCT (RED)

Christy Turlington Burns kicked off the Mother¹s Day festivities a few weeks early at the INSPI(RED) Mothers' Brunch in New York City. Christy, mom of Grace, 5, and Finn, 2, is a (RED) ambassador, who also appeared in Gap's PRODUCT (RED) ad campaign last year. She was joined at NYC's Spotted Pig restaurant for the festivities by other (RED) supporters, model Helena Christensen, who has a son named Mingus, model Liya Kebede, mom of Suhul, 7, Raee, 2, and singer Mya, to celebrate motherhood and to share the impact that (RED) is having on women and children in Africa.

The kids at the event kept themselves entertained by creating Hallmark (PRODUCT) RED cards for their moms and Converse "Make Mine (RED)" customized kicks for themselves, proceeds of which go to The Global Fund to fight AIDS in Africa. As for the menu, the gorgeous group of ladies chowed down on hamburgers, French toast and frittatas--yes, even the supermodels!
