Kingston Rossdale’s Celebrity Birthday Bash

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale celebrated son Kingston's second birthday over the weekend with a farm-themed bash complete with cowboys, pony rides and plenty of famous parents and their kids. 

Victoria Beckham's son, Cruz (decked out in a monkey costume) took turns with other little guests on the ponies while a very pregnant Gwen cooed over Christina Aguilera's son Max and chatted it up with Nicole Richie.

Tori Designs Her Dream Nursery—With Help from Serena & Lily

When we caught up with Tori Spelling on Bump Day at Baskin Robbins this week, she told Mommywood how excited she was about having a girl. Now, if only she and husband Dean could only settle on a name for their little angel. “We have a couple of names we like,” says Tori, due in June. “With Liam (Tori’s now 14-month-old son)it was a no brainer. We thought of Liam -- and that was it. With our baby girl, we’ve been going back and forth, and back and forth with names. We think it’s a sign that we should wait to see her.”

One thing Tori has decided on: the look of her daughter’s nursery. The reality TV star declares that her coming daughter is going to have the chicest, girliest, all-pink nursery around – and Tori is designing it by herself. How did she come up with her grand vision? Daily Baby: Jessica + Cash Quietly Wed, Angie + Brad Shop for the Twins

Jessica Alba and boyfriend Cash Warren were married on Monday in a ceremony so private that even the actress' brother, Josh, didn't know about it! When Us Weekly told him about the wedding, he said, "My sister!? I'm going to have to call her!"

While in Cannes to promote Kung-Fu Panda and The Changeling, Angelina Jolie stopped into children's boutique Bonpoint to shop for her soon-to-arrive twins, People Magazine reports. She and Brad also picked up dresses for Shiloh's upcoming 2nd birthday. When asked by an employee if she was expecting boys or girls, the actress said, "I don't know yet – we don't want to know."

 

Mommywood Spotlight: Meet Melanie Roach

Athleti-mom and Olympic hopeful Melanie Roach is one tough cookie. The New York Times reports that the mom of three kids (one of whom is severely autistic) can lift 238 pounds over her head. Standing at 5'1'' and weighing in at 117 pounds, Melanie was set to try out for the 2000 Olympics when a herniated disc in her back ruined her chances.

But now she’s gearing up for 2008, with the help of her hubby, Washington state legislator Dan Roach. According to the Times, "From 1 a.m. to 4 a.m., Dan takes care of Drew (the couple's autistic son), when he often throws what the family calls parties, jumping on the bed, opening and shutting the bedroom door 20 times, breaking into fits of giggles.” Cheers to a supportive hubby and dad and good luck, Melanie, in the Summer Games—we’ll be rooting for you!

Daily Baby: Shocking Splits, Kelly Ripa Is Most-Admired Mom

Actress Kelly Rowan, 43, known for her role on The O.C., has split from her fiancé, David Thomson, who is Canada’s richest man, just weeks after giving birth to their baby girl, according to the New York Daily News.

Rumors are circling that Jodie Foster and her long-time love Cydney Bernard, have split according to U.S. tabloid reports. An insider tells the National Enquirer, “Jodie breaking up with Cydney is shocking. Right now it’s the best-kept secret in Hollywood, and it’s not just because Jodie is a legend and an intensely private person, either. She and Cydney have been together for so many years and have two children together, the potential fallout and legal wrangling from this split could be monumental.” The couple has two children together; Charles, nine, and Kit, six.

Multi-tasking morning talk show queen and mom of three Kelly Ripa was voted the most admired celeb mom in a usatoday.com poll. Kelly got 25 percent of the vote, edging out Angelina Jolie, who came in second with 23 percent. Julia Roberts and Jada Pinkett Smith tied for third with 22 percent.
