Get Halle’s Post-Baby Bod

Halle Berry’s workout secrets are out! To get back into shape after giving birth to daughter, Nahla, the actress, 41, works out for 60 minutes, five days a week with trainer Ramona Braganza (whose other clients, according to her website, include Jessica Biel and Anne Hathaway), People magazine reports. Ramona’s challenging sessions for Halle include, “three cardio segments – on the elliptical, as well as kickboxing and then a stairs or hill climb. Then, she also does a strength-training routine that include abdominal work and leg exercises.”

But Halle’s body bounce back wasn’t all accomplished through exercise. Halle is reportedly eating the typical lose-weight-the-right-way trifecta of vegetables, lean proteins and complex carbohydrates. She is also staying hydrated by drinking lots of water.

Beyonce and Jay-Z have been married for just a month, but that hasn’t stopped gossips from speculating that the couple is expecting a child. Beyonce’s father, Matthew Knowles, did not deny a New York Post claim that his daughter is pregnant. “They said that a month ago,” he told Usmagazine.com Tuesday. “We don’t comment,” he said. “We just let people make fools of themselves.” Sounds like tabloid fodder to me.

People magazine reports that Britney Spears was involved in a minor car accident Tuesday afternoon--rear-ending a red Ford Explorer in Beverly Hills. “I think she was just distracted,” said a witness. “She just tapped the other car in front of her.” No hit and run for Brit—she exchanged her insurance info with the other car’s driver within the confines of her gated community.

Gwen Stefani was spotted having dinner at Marix Tex Mex in West Hollywood on Monday night with hubby Gavin Rossdale and her No Doubt bandmates. Glad the mom, who is expecting baby #2 soon, took a fun night out with Gavin and her pals.

Naomi Shows Her Angelic Side

When she’s not giving pal Nicole Kidman baby advice, celebumom Naomi Watts will be mugging for the camera as the new face of Thierry Mugler’s classic scent, Angel.  Choosing to represent the brand “was an easy decision,” Naomi told People magazine. “To me, the Angel woman is someone who has many faces and is not afraid to show all facets of her personality. She’s both vulnerable and strong and flirtatious and for me, I guess working as an actor you have to play all those emotions all the time.”

People asked the actress whether she sees herself as angelic off the screen, to which Naomi, mom of Alexander, who will turn one in July, said, “I think every woman likes to be thought of as angelic. Especially in the eyes of men. But I think that you shouldn’t be afraid of your strengths. And that’s exactly what I felt the first time I smelled the perfume. It’s gentle, its soft, it stays with you. It feels strong. To me, it’s not being afraid of showing who you are, embracing who you are.”

Naomi will star in a glamorous print campaign, which will grace magazines and billboards this October, and she just finished a commercial shot by Dreamgirls director, Bill Condon, for the perfume as well.
