According to Star Magazine, Nicole Richie and baby daddy Joel Madden are planning a $2 million dollar wedding extravaganza slated for later this month.

Three-days of celebrating -- which includes a lavish bridal shower, spa treatments and more --  will be capped off by the wedding itself at Nicole's father, Lionel Richie's Bel Air mansion.

The couple's daughter, Harlow, was born earlier this year.
