Get Halle’s Post-Baby Bod

HalleHalle Berry’s workout secrets are out! To get back into shape after giving birth to daughter, Nahla, the actress, 41, works out for 60 minutes, five days a week with trainer Ramona Braganza (whose other clients, according to her website, include Jessica Biel and Anne Hathaway), People magazine reports. Ramona’s challenging sessions for Halle include, “three cardio segments – on the elliptical, as well as kickboxing and then a stairs or hill climb. Then, she also does a strength-training routine that include abdominal work and leg exercises.”

But Halle’s body bounce back wasn’t all accomplished through exercise. Halle is reportedly eating the typical lose-weight-the-right-way trifecta of vegetables, lean proteins and complex carbohydrates. She is also staying hydrated by drinking lots of water.
