Gadget Wednesday: Smart Water

We all know we need to drink at least eight glasses of water each day, but it's near impossible (for me, at least) to remember, let alone keep track of daily intake.

Luckily, the folks at Sportline figured there were many out there like me who could use some help - so they created the HydraCoach.

A standard water bottle with a built-in hydration monitor, the HydraCoach calculates your daily needs based on weight and activity level and then keeps track of every sip you take.  You can easily toggle through the screens to see how much you've consumed, what percentage of your daily goal you've reached and the coach will even make recommendations as to how many ounces you should drink per hour.
