Tobey Maguire and his wife Jennifer Meyer have announced the name of their baby son.  The 34-year-old star of the blockbuster Spiderman series named his son Otis Tobias Maguire, a representative confirmed.  Meyer is the daughter of Ron Meyer, President and CEO of Universal Studios.

Baby Otis was born on May 8.  The couple, who married in Hawaii in 2007, also have a 2 1/2 year old daughter named Ruby Sweetheart.

"I want my children. I'm stepping up. I have to." Debbie Rowe stated during an interview with NBC-LA. A judge delayed the guardianship hearing that was scheduled for Monday in response to a request by Rowe and Jackson's mother's attorneys. The hearing was rescheduled for July 13th.

Katherine Jackson will retain temporary guardianship of the three children until the hearing.

Rowe will take DNA and psychological tests to prove maternity. Rowe gave up her parental rights to Jackson but an appeals court threw out the contract in 2006. Rowe remains the legal parent of Michael Joseph Jr., 12 and Paris Michael Katherine, 11. While Jackson had custody of the children, she retained visitation rights.

Debbie indicated that she would take Blanket, Jackson's third child, to keep the three kids together. She also plans to file a restraining order against Joe Jackson so he can't be near the kids.

Jackson's will named his mother as guardian of his children and specifically excluded Rowe as a beneficiary of his estate, "I have intentionally omitted to provide for my former wife, DEBORAH JEAN ROWE JACKSON."

Obviously Jackson made his wishes clear; we'll see what the courts say.

Ray Romano dished to Matt Lauer on the Today show that he definitely had the first-time dad jitters. It was 19-years ago that his daughter Alexandra was born but he remembers:

"I got real nervous after the baby was born. I didn't do anything right. My daughter was born at St. Vincent's Hospital right here in New York. I went to pick them up, my wife and child, and [with my] newborn baby in my arms, [I] go outside [and say], 'Where's my minivan?' I parked in a tow-away zone so we had to go to Queens in a yellow cab. My daughter came home in a yellow cab."

Sounds a lot like something his character on Everybody Loves Raymond would do!

After 3 more kids and now the ripe age of 51, Ray gave some advice to future fathers. "My advice is just let the woman tell you where to go and what to do." And he joked "as much sleep and as much sex before the baby is born is key! Because that's over [after baby]!"

Ray said after his show ended in 2005 he and his wife, Anna Scarpulla, had so much togetherness that she "... was signing me up for like, Dancing With the Stars. How about Celebrity Rehab?"

I guess after 22 years of marriage, his wife needed a little break.

Ryan and Redmond O'Neal, along with Farrah Fawcett's closest friends and family, gathered for Farrah's funeral Tuesday afternoon at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels in Los Angeles.

Old friends Alana Stewart and Farrah's doctor delivered the eulogies to the 200 guests, including Marla Maples, Joan Collins and Tatum O'Neal.

"Goodbye sweet girl. Farrah never felt sorry for herself during her illness.. she fought cancer furiously," stated Stewart.

He continued with "She's the most beautiful angel in heaven. She always seemed so indestructible."
