UK Report: More women over 40 getting pregnant
The number of women over 40 becoming pregnant is at a record level, according to a UK report.
Julie Bentley, chief executive officer of the FPA, formerly known as the Family Planning Association, said, "Every woman has to make her own decision about the right time to have a baby.
"As long as women are aware that their fertility naturally declines over the age of 35, and that it will probably take a bit longer to get pregnant, late motherhood is a valid choice.
"These figures illustrate that the traditional approach of 'get married young and have children' isn't the reality for many [British] women.
"Improved education and career opportunities, different lifestyle choices and expectations mean their lives may take a different path."

Ellen Degeneres Speaks Out About Tragic Death
Talk show host Ellen Degeneres today spoke out about the tragic death of an openly-gay 8th grade Oxnard, CA student who was killed by a classmate earlier this month. 15-year old Larry King was shot to death after he asked fellow classmate, Brandon McInerney, to be his Valentine.

Indiana Governor Signs Bill to Help Nursing Moms at Work
Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels has signed into law a bill that will assist breastfeeding mothers at work.
The law requires businesses with 25 or more employees to make a reasonable effort to provide a private place for an employee to pump breast milk and to provide some form of refrigeration to store the milk.

6-month girl abandoned in NY taxi
Someone abandoned a 6-month-old girl in the backseat of a cab yesterday in New York City.
"He jumped out and went to a public phone," driver Klever Sailema tells the New York Post. "I didn't see him again."
She has been placed in foster care while investigators search for her relativs.
