No-Excuses Gardening
The idea of an herb garden sounds wonderful, but maintaining it is another story...at least for me. I've ended up with plenty of withering, brown plants to know that the only color my thumb will ever sport is what's painted on it's nail. But, I do love fresh herbs when cooking, so I was thrilled to learn that now even I can plant my herbs (and tomatoes and strawberries!) and eat 'em too.
Gardens-In-A-Bag delivers fresh basil, lavender, tomatoes and even strawberries straight to your windowsill or desk. Housed in a leak-proof bag, the kit comes with everything you need (but the water) to get your garden on.
And, Gardens-In-A-Bag also makes for a fun, simple project for the kids. Our tiny testers loved growing (and eating) their strawberries.
Bon Appetit!

Now this sounds like my type of gardening.

These are cute and not messy. If you let the kids do it then they can ‘contribute’ their ingredient (like fresh basil) to family pizza night.
