Question: I love the convenience of Pasta Roni and Hamburger Helper but have decided to try and steer clear of preserved foods. How do I make my own healthy sauces for pasta, rice, etc.? I was hoping I could find a recipe and place the pre-mixed ingredients in baggies to use later. Thanks.

Question:
I am the mom of a picky 3 year old. At our early childhood and family education classes we call this the macaroni and pb&j diet. He will not eat most vegetables the only one he really eats straight out is corn. I have found that he will drink the new v-fusion juice and morning selects vegetable breakfast sausages. Do you have any recipes/ideas for sneaking in vegetables? How parents can make a homemade veggie sausage patty? Also if you have any tips on how to create a good basic shopping list and menu plan that is quick and easy for us parents that maybe organizationally and/or time challenged that would be of great help! Thanks in advance!

Question: I have a son with a severe egg and peanut allergy. I have tried many times to make him cupcakes using both an egg replacer product and apricot puree. I just can't get the consistency right. The cupcakes are always very crumbly and fall apart when you frost them. I usually use a boxed cake mix. Can you give me some hints on how to avoid this, or a good recipe for an eggless cake? - Thanks, Christy K.
