Stumble It!Scrub a Dub
Overdue for a trip to the spa?
Raid the pantry or pick up a few easy items on your next grocery outing to quickly whip up a jar of exfoliating sugar scrub.
Especially effective for those rough patches on feet, knees and elbows, this scrub will make everyday feel like a spa day.
If you're feeling extra crafty, buy some glass jars and make your own labels this homemade treat is the perfect birthday or shower gift.
Brown Sugar Scrub
Combine:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup fine sea salt
1/4 cup of sweet almond and jojoba oils
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vitamin E oil
1 teaspoon each of grapefruit, lime and orange fragrance
Mix all ingredients in small bowl and spoon into your jar. The oil will settle on the top, so be sure to stir well before each use. This recipe makes eight ounces.
